Such microorganisms were, or are being, used in scientific research during the development of applied research, theses, dissertations, scientific initiation programs and production of articles of great agronomic interest. Thus, through the publication of data from the collection, the IDR-PR provides the necessary material for continuing research in public and private institutions so that the information can reach the target audience through publications resulting from such studies.
